New Developments
230 California St From the San Francisco Bay Area to Red Bank, New Jersey, Metrovation is creating exciting new projects. Current developments include mixed-use condominium and loft developments, office re-developments, condominium conversions, and a hotel.
200 Second Street, two blocks from the Oakland Estuary in the Jack London District, is designed by award-winning architect David Baker and will feature 74 condominium and live-work units.
Hotel SoMa, San Francisco, CA West Side Lofts in New Jersey is the unifying project for Red Bank’s art and antique district. 104 residential units, six live-work units and 20,000 square feet of retail will surround a landscaped courtyard.
In Oakland, the re-energizing of the historic Ironworks District is evolving. Art galleries, studios and creative office spaces enrich this eclectic district. We have further enhanced the neighborhood with gardens of flowering shrubs, vines and fruit trees along walkways and entrances.
In the South of Market district of San Francisco, Metrovation’s Hotel SoMa is in the planning stage at Fifth and Townsend. The hotel will be a certified green building, with conservation minded programs and energy efficient construction.
