Crossroads - Bellevue, WA
The variety of Metrovation’s West Coast properties illustrates the breadth of our development expertise.

Crossroads in Bellevue, Washington; Santa Rosa Southside in Northern California; and Five Points Plaza in Huntington Beach, California; are three unique and successful Metrovation retail developments.

Hotel Healdsburg
Hotel Healdsburg is the highly acclaimed jewel of Healdsburg that epitomizes the inviting sophistication of the North Sonoma Wine Country and is a key component of the downtown.

Metrovation’s properties make up most of the Oakland Ironworks District near Jack London Square in Oakland, California. The Ironworks District is a collection of buildings filled with interesting tenants in a vibrant environment. Nearby, we are developing a condominium project, 200 Second Street.

Hotel SoMa
Two of our San Francisco office buildings are within the South of Market (SoMa) area in superior locations which offer multiple opportunities. At 650 Fifth Street in San Francisco, the area is building all around us. Our property is across from the Caltrain station which connects the City to Silicon Valley. It is a few blocks’ walk from the San Francisco Giants' ballpark and the surrounding loft and retail district. Our current plans for this property include Hotel SoMa, now in the planning stage.

230 California Street

Metrovation’s 230 California Street is an historic building located at the foot of California Street in San Francisco’s most prestigious business district. We are completing redevelopment, which includes an exciting new restaurant, sidewalk and lobby renovation, and redesigned offices.

We are continually improving our properties in keeping with our belief that a property is never ‘finished’ but always in the process of ‘becoming.’
